Qualifications

• Experiência comprovada como Chef de Partie em hotelaria de luxo, hotel de alta categoria ou restaurante sofisticado.
• Conhecimento sólido de técnicas culinárias, higiene e HACCP.
• Atenção aos detalhes e exigência de excelência na apresentação.
• Liderança com capacidade de motivar e desenvolver a equipa.

Responsibilities

• Gerir a operação diária da sua secção de cozinha.
• Assegurar qualidade, apresentação e consistência dos pratos.
• Manter padrões de higiene, segurança alimentar e HACCP.
• Controlar stocks, encomendas, armazenamento e desperdícios.
• Apoiar o desenvolvimento de menus e a execução de pratos sazonais.
• Formar, supervisionar e apoiar os elementos mais Jovens da equipa.

Mission

As a Chef de Partie, you will lead a designated kitchen section, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, hygiene, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding culinary experiences while supporting a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

What will you have to do?

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of your kitchen section.
  Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times.
  Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance.
  Control stock levels, ordering, storage, and waste management.
  Support menu development and the execution of seasonal and specialty dishes.
  Train, supervise, and support junior team members while collaborating closely with the wider culinary team.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence in presentation and quality.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Passion for gastronomy, innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
