Job summary

Delnext seeks a Strategic Project Delivery Lead reporting to C-level to drive critical company-wide initiatives from planning through execution. The role requires partnering with department heads and external consultants to align efforts with strategic goals.

You will generate data-driven insights, oversee timelines and budgets, and support the company’s strategic planning. On-site in Portugal with flexible remote day, offering career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable;
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management or business strategy;
• Proven ability to apply strategic and analytical thinking to solve complex problems;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Leadership skills and the ability to work independently and across functions.
