A Delnext procura um Strategic Project Manager para reportar diretamente ao C‑suite e liderar projetos estratégicos críticos para a organização. Irá colaborar com chefias de departamento e consultores externos, transformando dados em insights para orientar a estratégia.

O foco é gerir prazos, orçamentos e recursos, definindo a direção estratégica da empresa e trabalhando com múltiplos departamentos para alcançar objetivos organizacionais.

Qualifications

• Graduação em Administração, Engenharia ou área relacionada.
• MBA fortemente preferido.
• ≥3 anos de experiência em função semelhante, consultoria, gestão de projetos ou estratégia de negócios.
• Pensamento estratégico e analítico comprovado.
• Capacidade de atuar em ambiente acelerado com múltiplos projetos.
• Habilidades de liderança e capacidade de trabalhar de forma cross-funcional.

Responsibilities

• Supervisionar projetos estratégicos desde o planeamento até a conclusão.
• Trabalhar com chefes de departamento e executivos C‑level para alinhar esforços com as metas estratégicas.
• Desenvolver insights a partir de dados para informar o desenvolvimento da estratégia.
• Garantir gestão eficaz de prazos, orçamentos e recursos.
• Contribuir para definir o planeamento estratégico e a direção da empresa.

Descrição da Função "Reporting directly to the C-suite, the Strategic Project Manager will lead the planning, delivery, and completion of strategic projects that are vital to the organization. This position involves working across internal departments and potentially collaborating with external consultants and stakeholders. ROLE: Pinpoint, assess, and address key challenges facing the company across departments;

• Supervise strategic projects through planning, execution, and completion;


• Work alongside department heads and C-level executives to ensure organizational efforts support strategic goals;


• Develop insights from data to inform strategy development;


• Ensure effective management of timelines, budgets, and resources;


• Help define the company's overall strategic planning and direction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline;


• a strong preference will be given to candidates with an MBA;


• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role, consulting, project management, or business strategy;


• Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to tackle complex problems;


• Ability to operate in afast-paced setting while handling multiple projects at the same time;


• Leadership abilities and the capacity to work both cross-functionally and independently.
