Zumub is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Executive to report directly to the CEO and drive growth by identifying opportunities and solving complex business challenges. You will oversee all project stages and align initiatives with business priorities, drawing on data to guide strategy and ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery.

This hybrid on-site role, based in Cacém – Sintra (Portugal), offers a blend of collaboration with executive leadership and one remote day per week.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategic planning, project management, or similar functions.
• Proven ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Experience managing several initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
