Job summary

Delnext is seeking a Junior Project Manager – Strategic Initiatives to launch, plan, and execute critical strategic projects across the organization. You will liaise with department heads and senior leaders to align activities with goals and drive results.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role offers growth, a meal allowance, and on-site collaboration in Portugal.

Junior Project Manager – Strategic Initiatives

"The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-Level executives and will be responsible for launching, planning, carrying out, and completing strategic projects that are critical to the organization. The role requires liaison with various departments within the organization and may also involve working with external consultants and stakeholders."
