Job summary

Flix is seeking an Automation Solutions Engineer (Celonis) to design and deliver end-to-end automated processes on the Celonis platform that resolve customer cases without human intervention for millions of passengers.

You will translate business requirements into data models, pipelines, and automations, own what you ship in production, and collaborate with business users, Data Analysts, and IT engineering to scale automation responsibly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production automations on orchestration/automation platforms (Celonis a strong plus).
• Experience delivering end-to-end automation with data integration and API calls.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Data integration and modelling: identify source-system data for Celonis models and ETL pipelines.
• Automation development: design and operate production automations on Celonis (Action Flows, Process Orchestrator).
• Reliability and guardrails: ensure scalability, error handling, monitoring, auditing of changes.
• Insourcing and takeover: document and extend existing data models and logic after external implementation.
• Collaboration with business users, Data Analyst, and IT engineering.
• Documentation: maintain Centre of Excellence standards for all data and automation work.
