Job summary

Flix is seeking an Automation Solutions Engineer (Celonis) to design and deliver end-to-end automated processes on the Celonis platform that resolve real customer cases without human intervention for millions of passengers.

You will own data models, ETL pipelines, and production automations, translating business requirements into reliable implementations, collaborate daily with business users, data analysts, and IT engineers, and ensure scalable, auditable solutions.

Qualifications

• Automation platform experience: 3+ years building production automations.
• Production ownership at scale: shipped solutions handling transactions at scale.
• Data fundamentals: SQL and data modelling; ability to validate data models.
• Enterprise systems and integration literacy: REST/SOAP APIs and data formats.
• Hybrid profile: ~70/30 technical-business role with stakeholder communication.
• Communication: clear written English and artefacts you can share.
• Conversational automation experience with chatbot/voicebot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data integration and modelling: identify source-system tables and fields; build ETL and models for CS processes.
• Automation development: design, build, and operate production automations on Celonis.
• Reliability and guardrails: ensure scalability, error handling, monitoring and auditability.
• Insourcing and takeover: hand over data models and logic from external partners.
• Collaboration: work with business users, data analysts, and IT engineers daily.
• Documentation: document all technical and data requirements to standards.
