A Flix procura um Engenheiro de Soluções de Automação (Celonis) para desenhar e entregar processos automatizados que reduzem a intervenção humana, integrando dados de atendimento ao cliente e transações com sistemas internos.

Você será parte de uma equipe híbrida, trabalhando com dados, operações e áreas de engenharia para manter modelos e automações com alta escalabilidade, cobertura de auditoria e foco em melhoria contínua. Fluência em inglês e capacidades de documentação são valorizadas.

Qualificações

• 3+ anos de experiência prática em construção de automações de produção em plataformas de orquestração/automação.
• Conhecimento de Celonis é um diferencial; experiência com outras ferramentas de automação é relevante.
• Experiência com SQL, Python ou ferramentas de integração de dados é desejável; boa capacidade de documentação em inglês é valorizada.

Responsabilidades

• Integrar dados e modelar para o Celonis: identificar tabelas/fontes, construir extrações, transformações (ETL) e modelos de dados para processos de atendimento ao cliente.
• Desenhar, construir e operar automações de produção na plataforma Celonis (Action Flows e Process Orchestrator) que executem resultados para clientes, incluindo integrações com APIs dos sistemas Flix e canais de atendimento com IA.
• Garantir confiabilidade, escalabilidade, tratamento de erros, monitoramento, auditoria e rollout seguro de mudanças.

Automation Solutions Engineer (Celonis)

(m/f/d), you turn that ambition into running systems: you design and deliver end‑to‑end automated processes on the Celonis platform that resolve real customer cases without human intervention, for millions of passengers. You bring engineering rigour into a business team. You translate business requirements into data models, pipelines, and automations fast, you own what you ship in production, and you are comfortable being the most technical person in the room.

About the Role

Data integration and modelling

• identify the source-system tables and fields that need to be brought into Celonis;
• build and maintain the extractions, transformations (ETL) and Celonis data models for each Customer Service process, spanning ticketing, order management, and payment/refund data.

Automation development

• design, build, and operate production automations on the Celonis platform (Action Flows and Process Orchestrator) that execute real customer outcomes (e.G. end-to-end refund handling), including API calls into Flix backend systems and integrations with AI-driven customer contact channels (chatbot, voicebot).

Reliability and guardrails

• your automations move real money;
• build for scalability, error handling, monitoring, auditability, and safe rollout of changes.

Insourcing and takeover

take over data models and automation logic built by an external implementation partner (reverse-engineer, document, harden, and extend them as the in-house owner).

Collaboration

work daily with business users who own rules and business logic, the Data Analyst who owns dashboards and process mining, and IT engineering who own system integrations, security, and scalability.

Documentation

document all technical and data requirements and all ETL and automation work to Centre of Excellence standards, so nothing you build depends on you being in the room.

About You

Automation platform experience

• 3+ years hands‑on building production automations on process orchestration or automation platforms;
• Celonis is a strong plus (Data Integration, PQL, Knowledge Models, Action Flows, Process Orchestrator);
• strong experiencewith platforms such as n8n, Camunda, UiPath, Power Automate, or Make is also relevant. We care about proven end-to-end delivery, not certifications.

Production ownership at scale

you have owned and shipped solutions handling transactions at scale (1M+ annually) and can talk concretely about what broke and how you fixed it.

Data fundamentals

• working SQL and data modelling basics;
• you understand how to identify a correct case ID, control grain in joins, and validate a data model against its sources.
• Scripting (Python or similar) is a plus but not required (you are comfortable using AI tooling to fill gaps here).

Enterprise systems and integration literacy

• solid understanding of how core operational systems work — CRM, ticketing, order management, and ERP — including their data structures, process flows, and the business logic they enforce.
• Equally, you are fluent in how these systems integrate: REST and SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, webhooks, rate limits, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML). You can independently read API documentation, navigate integration patterns, and reason about data flow across system boundaries.

Hybrid profile

you thrive in a roughly 70/30 technical‑business role: you sit inside the business, gather requirements yourself, and can explain and defend technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Communication

• clear written documentation and communication in English;
• you leave behind artefacts other people can pick up.

Conversational automation experience

• hands‑on experience connecting automated workflows to chatbot or voicebot platforms is a plus.
