Allianz Portugal is seeking an Output Management Expert to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade customer and operational communications. You will own template engineering, data mappings, and rendering across print, email, and digital channels while modernizing legacy CCM platforms.

You will collaborate with business analysts, marketing, and vendors to ensure compliant, scalable, and high-quality outputs, with a focus on OpenText Exstream and related CCM technologies.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Output Management / CCM technologies, particularly OpenText Exstream or similar.
• Hands-on expertise in designing document templates, layout logic, variable data handling, and condition-based rendering.
• More than 3 years of experience with Output tools such as OpenText Exstream or similar.
• Strong understanding of document workflows, print stream formats, and batch/real-time generation.
• Solid experience with XML, XSL-FO, scripting, or templating languages.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Output issues across multiple systems.
• English and Portuguese proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Template Engineering & Output Development: build/refactor templates, rules, and composition flows in Exstream or similar CCM.
• Maintain legacy templates and CCM technologies with adapters/migrations.
• Implement data mappings, style assets, and page layout logic for performance.
• Provide technical direction and ensure architectural/quality standards.
• Document generation flows and governance for Output processes.
• Manage end-to-end Output lifecycle: data ingestion, rendering, distribution across PDF, email, print, and digital channels.
• Troubleshoot render pipelines and integration points with core systems.
• Instrument observability and improve error handling and performance.
• Support modernization of Output architecture and collaboration with analysts, marketing, and vendors.
• Provide L3 support and mentor teammates on best practices.
• Evaluate new Output Management solutions and document governance.
• Maintain technical docs for templates, mappings, and rules engines.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and quality checks related to Output Management.
