Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in the telecommunications domain. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

You’ll leverage Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI to report performance, drive continuous improvement, and align operations with strategic goals. Fluent Portuguese and strong English are required in a dynamic, hybrid work setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience.
• Experience in telecommunications or mobile networks is highly desirable.
• Experience with Indoor Coverage / DAS projects is a strong advantage.
• Proven stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate projects and operational activities, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead issue resolution and strategic problem-solving initiatives.
• Monitor project performance through reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
• Support business operations through the preparation of presentations, reports, and executive communications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment between business and operational goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations and service delivery activities.
