Allianz Portugal seeks an Output Management Expert to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade customer communications. You will be the SME for CCM technologies, primarily OpenText Exstream, driving modernization and template rationalization.

You will collaborate with business analysts, marketing, architecture, and vendors to ensure compliant, performant, and scalable document generation across print, email, and digital channels, while supporting decommissioning of legacy templates.

Qualificações

• Experience in Output Management / CCM technologies, especially OpenText Exstream or similar.
• Designing document templates, layout logic, and data handling for variable content.
• 3+ years with OpenText Exstream or similar Output tools.
• Understanding of document workflows, print streams, and batch/real-time generation.
• Proficient in XML, XSL-FO, scripting, or templating languages.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Template engineering and output development: build/refactor templates, mappings, and layout logic.
• Manage end-to-end Output processes across PDF, email, and digital channels.
• Troubleshoot render pipelines and integration points with core systems.
• Provide technical direction and ensure architecture and quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and governance.
