Quion in Porto is expanding its international IT Change team and seeks an Output Developer to take a working lead role in the Editorial team, developing and configuring letter templates in Tungsten CCM. You will coordinate Editorial Developers, translate business requirements into designs, and align priorities with Product Owners for Back Office, Mid Office and Front Office.

The role offers a hybrid model with 3 office days per week in Matosinhos and a salary between € 23.948,- and € 34.171,-

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years in configuration, low-code, document management or similar role.
• Experience using AI tools in business processes.
• Ability to coordinate work and support day-to-day team delivery.
• Experience with functional design, business rules, and complex document logic.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily work of the Editorial Development team in Porto.
• Act as a hands-on Editorial Developer by developing and configuring letter templates in Tungsten CCM.

• Clarify requirements, business rules and acceptance criteria for changes.
• Review template designs and configuration changes.
• Ensure consistency across templates and documentation.
• Track progress and resolve blockers and dependencies.
• Ensure template changes are tested and ready for acceptance.
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Drive continuous improvement and AI exploration for templates.

To support our continued growth, we are expanding our international IT Change team and are looking for a Output Developer to join our Porto office.

What will you do?

As Output developer in Porto, you will act as the working lead of the Editorial team. You will actively contribute to the development and configuration of letter templates in Tungsten Communications Manager (CCM), while coordinating the day-to-day work of the Editorial Developers and aligning priorities, planning and dependencies with Product Owners for Back Office, Mid Office and Front Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily work of the Editorial Development team in Porto, including planning, setting priorities and dividing work
• Act as a hands-on Editorial Developer by developing, configuring and maintaining letter templates, content components and document variants in Tungsten CCM
• Translate business requirements into functional designs for letters, templates, business rules and document variants
• Work closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to align priorities, planning and delivery
• Help refine change requests by clarifying requirements, business rules and acceptance criteria
• Review template designs and configuration changes created by other Editorial Developers
• Ensure consistency across templates, business rules, document variants and documentation
• Track progress, identify issues and help resolve blockers and dependencies
• Ensure template changes are tested, documented and ready for acceptance
• Support onboarding, coaching and knowledge sharing within the team
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying templates and improving maintainability
• Explore AI solutions to support translation, requirements clarification, knowledge management and template maintenance

What do you need for this position?

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Informatics, Communication Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in application configuration, low-code development, document/template management, or a similar role
• Experience using AI tools and identifying practical AI opportunities within business processes
• Ability to coordinate work, create structure and support day-to-day team delivery
• Experience with functional design, business rules and complex document logic
• Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable solutions and clear documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work effectively in an international team
• Strong attention to detail and quality, particularly for customer-facing communications
• Experience with testing, defect analysis and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of English, with a minimum B2 level

Nice to have

• Experience with Tungsten CCM, KCM, Communications Manager or similar CCM platforms
• Experience with customer communication management, document composition or template configuration
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and/or SAFe ways of working
• Experience with Jira or similar work management tools
• Experience working in an international environment
• Dutch language skills are considered a very strong advantage
