Job summary

Carwow is hiring a Sales Consultant to guide sellers through the online auction, from first contact to a sold car. You will manage listings, price realistically, and negotiate to achieve the best market price. The role demands high call volumes, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Working pattern is full-time (37.5 hours) across Monday to Sunday with a hybrid location. Weekend shifts on a rota are included, with time off in lieu when scheduled.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven role with revenue or sales goals.
• Ability to manage a high-volume lead pipeline independently.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a daily pipeline of sellers, guiding from first conversation to completed listing and accepted offer.
• Review listings to ensure accuracy and completeness for the auction.
• Explain the auction process and provide market-based pricing advice.
