PARFOIS in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Buying Controller to support strategic decision-making through robust numerical analysis. You will manage and interpret buying data, monitor each product lifecycle stage, and provide insights to drive profitability and growth.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Economics/Management, at least 3 years in fashion retail, and advanced Excel. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, Spanish a plus.

Qualificações

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within the fashion retail industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and oversee budget proposals, ensuring a balanced product mix in terms of price, color, item type, development calendar, and store capacity.
• Support the definition of the collection structure from a numerical and strategic perspective, ensuring full alignment with the company’s objectives
• Plan purchasing timelines, taking into account production, development, and transportation schedules to prevent delays.
• Assist Buyers in defining quantities per reference and supervise the execution to ensure strategic compliance, maximizing sales and minimizing excess stock.

THE CHALLENGE

As Buying Controller within the Buying & Design department, you will hold a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making, grounded in a solid foundation of numerical analysis.
