Parfois is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our Porto Head Office, collaborating with Buyers, Designers and Merchandisers to develop new collections for all Parfois markets worldwide.

You will support the QC team, review labelling and supplier standards, and coordinate with our Asia team to monitor production, ensure deadlines and maintain quality throughout the development and approval process.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Specialized training in Quality Control, Production or related fields will be valued.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Advanced level of English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proactive and resilient profile.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Quality Control team, working closely with production teams and designers
• Review composition labels and ensure suppliers comply with Parfois’ standards and requirements
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team in Asia to monitor production and continuously improve processes with suppliers
• Manage the product development and quality approval process, including sample validation, technical sheets, raw materials and measurements
• Follow up on orders and production planning, ensuring compliance with deadlines, procedures and quality standards
• Work closely with our China office to support supplier management, problem-solving, and product or process improvements
