Parfois is seeking a Junior Buyer (Accessories) to join our Head Office in Porto, working with Senior Buyers, Designers and Merchandisers to develop new collections for Parfois’ markets worldwide.

You will analyze trends, negotiate with suppliers, plan and ensure timely delivery, while learning from day one. English fluency is essential and curiosity and ambition will drive your career growth at Parfois.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Fashion related
• At least 1 year experience in a fashion buying role
• Fluency in English is a must

Responsabilidades

• Support the Buying Direction in developing future collections and verify samples align with specifications
• Analyze trends and impact of categories' sales to provide product development insights
• Search and negotiate with suppliers and ensure on-time delivery
• Analyze daily reports (sales, stocks, budgets) and take actions to improve product and increase sales

CHALLENGE:

As Junior Buyer (Accessories) you will work at our Head Office in Porto , together with Senior Buyers, Designers and Merchandisers, developing new collections for all Parfois’ markets globally.

If you have an eye for global commercial fashion trends and a sixth sense for what will sell, if you also are good at negotiating, planning and checking lead times, and constantly searching for new sales opportunities… This could be the job for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Buying Direction in developing our brand´s future collections, ensuring that the product samples received are verified and in line with the specifications
• Analyze trends and the impact of the each categories sales to provide insightful suggestions for product development
• Search and negotiate with suppliers, as well as ensure the product is delivered on time
• Analyze daily reports (sales, stocks, budgets,...) and take actions to improve the product and increase sales

PROFILE:

• Bachelors degree in Management or Fashion related
• At least 1 year experience in a fashion buying role
• Fluency in English is a must
• Knowledge of the fashion industry, markets, materials, composition
• Strong negotiation and communications skills
• Organized, pragmatic and proactive
