Retail Consult in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Financial Controller to join our growing team. You will prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, develop KPIs, and ensure strong internal controls and reporting processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in controlling/FP&A, expertise in Excel and Oracle NetSuite, and fluency in English. Knowledge of Python is a plus, with a dynamic, international environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or similar roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting/analysis tools.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration.
• Experience with Python and/or Oracle EPM would be a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with management needs;
