Job summary

A Tekever Corporation procura um Buyer Specialist para gerir o portfólio de compras de componentes eletrônicos e serviços, assegurando o fornecimento crítico para a produção.

O candidato ideal tem 10+ anos de experiência em procurement/engenharia, domínio de português e inglês a nível C2 e fortes capacidades analíticas. Oferecemos ambiente dinâmico, salário competitivo, vale de refeição, seguro de saúde e shuttle para várias localidades.

Qualifications

• Ensino mínimo: ensino secundário ou licenciatura em Gestão, Eletrónica, Mecânica ou similar.
• 10+ anos de experiência em compras/procurement ou engenharia em setores industriais ou de produção.
• Inglês e português avançados (níveis C2).
• Fortes capacidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas.
• Mentalidade orientada para resultados, proatividade e bom relacionamento interpessoal.

Responsibilities

• Conhecimento avançado em electrónica, PCBA e cablagens.
• Contacto frequente com fornecedores e clientes internos para acompanhamento de state de encomendas.
• Negociação e gestão de compras, licitações de aquisição de materiais/serviços, análise de propostas e recomendações.
• Negociação e gestão de acordos de fornecimento.
• Análise de mercado para identificar potenciais fornecedores.
• Revisão e follow-up de pedidos de materiais e execução de serviços.
• Pesquisa de fornecedores alternativos para reduzir custos, melhorar qualidade e serviço.

Buyer Specialist

Tekever makes unmanned aircraft that fly real missions. You'll own a commodity portfolio outright and be measured on one thing: the right parts, the right price, on the day production needs them. We're doubling output — build the supply base that carries it.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Advanced knowledge about electronics, specifically PCBA and harnesses/cabling;
• Extensive contact with suppliers and internal clients following up order status;
• Negotiation and management of purchases, tenders for the acquisition of materials and services; proposal analysis, and preparation of recommendations based on results obtained;
• Negotiation and management of supply agreements;
• Market research to identify and select potential suppliers;
• Review and follow up on purchase requests for materials and service execution;
• Research alternative suppliers to reduce costs, improve quality and service, and optimize processes.

Profile and requirements:

• Minimum education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in areas such as Management, Electronics, Mechanics or similar;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement and/or Engineering roles (preferably in Industrial or Production sectors);
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
• Results-oriented mindset;
• Language requirements: Advanced command of Portuguese and English, with proven proficiency at C2 level in both languages;
• Proactive, dynamic, and with strong interpersonal skills.
