Grupo Brisa is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Business Process Transformation Analyst to lead cross-functional process optimization initiatives, operating model redesign, and governance definition within our group.

You will identify opportunities, redesign end-to-end processes, and enable automation in partnership with business and technology teams, driving adoption and measurable performance.

Qualificações

• End-to-end process redesign and optimization experience.
• Experience in operating model design and governance.
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
• Experience with process automation tools (Power Platform, ServiceNow, BPM, RPA).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Structured, autonomous, collaborative mindset with focus on quality.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end process assessment and redesign initiatives across multiple business areas.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, operational risks, and scalability gaps.
• Design future-state processes aligned with business strategy and operational efficiency goals.
• Drive standardization and harmonization of processes across teams and functions.
• Design scalable operating models supporting business growth and cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish KPIs, process controls, governance rituals, and accountability frameworks.
• Partner with automation, data, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business/process requirements into automation-ready frameworks.
• Support implementation of workflow automation and process digitization initiatives.
• Manage process transformation initiatives with strong change management practices.
• Build strong relationships with leadership and operational teams to drive adoption.

We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented Business Process Transformation Analyst to lead cross-functional process optimization initiatives, operating model redesign, and governance definition within a leading organization.

This role will focus on identifying improvement opportunities, redesigning end-to-end processes, defining scalable governance models, and enabling automation initiatives in partnership with business and technology teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, Economics or a related field;
• Proven experience in end-to-end process redesign and optimization;
• Experience in operating model design, process governance and cross-functional business transformation;
• Solid knowledge of process mapping and business process documentation;
• Experience with process automation solutions, such as Power Platform, ServiceNow, BPM, RPA or other workflow tools;
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills;
• Structured, autonomous and collaborative mindset, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
