Jobtailor in Lisbon is seeking a proactive professional to support transformation initiatives, map and document processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

You will work with cross-functional teams, utilize Microsoft 365 and process management tools, and help publish governance materials, dashboards, and reports to enable decision-making. This is a hands-on role with room to grow.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Economics, or similar fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, process management, consulting, transformation, or continuous improvement.
• Interest and aptitude for digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, PM tools, process management, or automation).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and information-structuring skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification, prioritization, and execution of business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyse, map, model, and document business processes using process management best practices
• Identify process improvement, standardization, and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Support the development, review, and maintenance of processes, policies, procedures, manuals, and governance documentation
• Manage and maintain the centralized process repository, ensuring process information remains accurate, accessible, and up to date
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, validate processes, and identify transformation opportunities
• Support the planning, monitoring, and reporting of transformation initiatives, including roadmaps, milestones, risks, and KPIs
• Drive the adoption of process management methodologies, digital tools, and new ways of working across the organization
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and communication materials to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Economics, or similar fields
• Previous experience (1–3 years) in project management, process management, consulting, transformation, continuous improvement, or similar roles
• Strong interest and aptitude for digital tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, project management, process management tools, reporting, or automation tools)
• Good organizational, analytical, and information-structuring skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
