Capgemini Engineering is seeking a qualified professional to lead requirements management across engineering projects in a hybrid working environment in Portugal. You will oversee the Requirements Management Plan, ensure traceability, support engineering teams in validation activities, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned.

The role demands a university degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering with hands-on experience in requirements, quality processes, and change control.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Requirements Management within engineering or complex projects.
• Experience with quality management, traceability, verification and validation.
• Knowledge of configuration management and change control is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and implement the Project Requirements Management Plan.
• Coordinate and monitor the requirements management process across the project lifecycle.
• Support engineering teams in requirements definition, allocation, traceability, verification, and validation.
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure completeness, clarity, and testability of requirements.
• Manage changes and assess impacts with Configuration Management.
• Capture lessons learned to promote continuous improvement.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop, maintain, and ensure the implementation of the Project Requirements Management Plan (RMP).
• Establish, coordinate, and monitor the Requirements Management process throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Engineering Teams in requirements definition, allocation, traceability, baselining, verification, and validation.
• Perform requirements quality reviews to ensure completeness, consistency, clarity, and testability.
• Manage requirements changes and support impact assessments in coordination with Configuration Management.
• Monitor requirements compliance and verification evidence, perform audits, and report Requirements Management KPIs.
• Coordinate requirements-related activities with customers, suppliers, Engineering, Quality, and other project stakeholders.
• Support the administration and maintenance of Requirements Management tools and repositories.
• Identify technical risks and opportunities, support mitigation actions, and ensure compliance with applicable project and quality processes.
• Capture and capitalize on Lessons Learned to promote continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience in Requirements Management and its application within engineering or complex project environments.
• Experience in Quality Management processes, compliance activities, requirements traceability, and verification and validation.
• Experience in Configuration Management and change control processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills in multidisciplinary environments.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
