We are looking for a Data Specialist | PowerBI!

Profile: We are looking for a Data Specialist with proven experience in Microsoft tools (Office, PowerBI, Power Automate), combined with knowledge and skills in methodologies for data manipulation, processing, and presentation. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with knowledge and experience in using the JIRA tool. Knowledge of project management methodologies and ticketing system methodologies will be valued.

Responsibilities:

• Structuring, processing, and consolidating data from various sources.
• Configuring and maintaining reporting resources based on PowerBI.
• Parameterizing and maintaining support automation based on Power Automate.
• Developing metrics for analyzing delivery processes and continuous improvement.
• Support for operational teams in continuous evolutionary delivery and project management.
• Preparation of detailed support documentation for all reports, data models, and automation implemented.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management and handling roles;
• Proven skills in Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft Power Automate tools;
• Strong ability to analyze systems and processes, including the ability to identify problems and apply effective technological solutions;
• Experience with different areas of the business and understanding of how IT supports business processes;
• Professional with background and technical proficiency in IT processes.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence tools.
• Knowledge of ticketing system methodologies and EasyVista.
• Knowledge of SQL will be valued.
• Certifications in relevant areas will be considered an asset.
• Fluent Portuguese;
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and business teams;
