Caixa Mágica Software is seeking a Business Management Officer to drive x-shoring strategy, headcount planning, and governance across the department.

You will create dashboards, analyze costs, and prepare governance decks for committees, while coordinating transformation activities and maintaining a strong program view.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant areas.
• Relevant professional experience in Banking, Strategic Consulting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operational Excellence / Process Improvement, Project Management or similar environments, with real added-value delivery.
• Organizational change and x-shoring experience are a plus.
• Expertise with Excel and exposure to PowerBI for data visualization and reporting is mandatory.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint with the ability to prepare clear and structured presentations is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (C1) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead X-shoring Strategy & Headcount Management across the department.
• Manage headcount trajectory and link competence assessments to staffing plans.
• Oversee governance meetings and ensure alignment with PMO and Sourcing figures.
• Develop dashboards and run analyses on x-shoring, costs and department activity.
• Produce committee governance decks (RDS/FRS) and maintain quality links to governance frameworks.
• Consolidate transformation activities into a program with regular status and budget tracking.
• Improve SharePoint organization and act as a backup for activities.

Overview:

The leading bank in the European Union is seeking a Business Management Officer.

What will you do?

• X-shoring Strategy & Headcount Management
• Manage the headcount trajectory evolution of the department including its x-shoring strategy. This involves linking competence assessments to headcount, conducting gap analysis and working with managers to develop and advance their strategy.
• Also comprises owning and streamlining x-shoring governance meetings for the department perimeter;
• Report and control on progress including savings, linking to PMO budget figures and maintaining integrity with Sourcing team figures.
• Dashboards & Analysis
• Produce and develop dashboards to inform on x-shoring and all the department activities;
• Develop ongoing analysis of various topics, for example trajectory and drivers of infrastructure costs.
• Production & Improvement of Committee Governance
• Coordinate and produce RDS/FRS committee governance decks;
• Continuously improve deck quality and develop links to other governance frameworks.
• Transformation & Organization
• Manage and/or assist on various transformation projects;
• Consolidate the transformation activities into a program with a coordinated regular status report and consistent budget/savings tracking;
• Develop and improve the SharePoint organization;
• Act as a backup for some activities and correspondingly organize others to be back up for own activities.
