AXA Partners is seeking a dynamic junior BI & Reporting Officer to join the transformation and data team in Lisbon. You will contribute to the maintenance of DWH processes, create reports, and perform ad-hoc analyses to ensure timely, reliable information for stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of Power BI and SQL Server tools is preferred, with a focus on data quality, availability, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to create and maintain BI reports and dashboards.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical skills with focus on data reliability and availability.

Responsabilidades

• Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of DWH processes and custom applications.
• Ensure timely availability of high-quality information for internal and external customers.
• Create new reports and perform ad-hoc analysis; optimize processes.
• Consolidate internal and external information using SQL Server tools and Report Server/Power BI.
• Respond to requests from internal and external customers in a timely manner.

BI & Reporting Officer Junior

The position of BI & Reporting is part of the transformation and data team at AXA Partners. AXA Partners is an AXA transversal business unit offering a wide range of solutions in assistance services, travel insurance and credit protection. For this role, we are looking for a dynamic person, with strong organizational and Problem Solving skills and a focus on achieving the proposed objectives. Nice to have knowledge in Business Intelligence concept and tools.

• - Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of DWH processes and other custom-developed applications.
• - Ensure the availability of quality information and in a timely manner (to internal and external customers)
• - Process analysis, optimization, and resolution of technical problems.
• - Promote maintenance and improvement of existing processes.
• - Creation of new reports and ad-hoc analysis.

• Creation of new reports and updating of existing ones (Report Server and Power BI)
• Consolidation of internal and external information (SQL Server Integration Services)
• Distribution of information (SQL Server Analysis Services)
• Ensuring data reliability, quality and availability (SQL Server)
