Servànt is an international furniture showroom and interior design studio located in the creative district of Santos, Lisbon. We represent internationally recognised furniture and design brands and work closely with our clients to create refined, functional and highly personalised spaces. Our team combines premium retail, interior design and project expertise, supporting clients from the initial concept through to final installation.

The Marketing Manager will work from our office and showroom in Santos, collaborating closely with the sales, design and management teams across Servànt, Molteni&C Lisboa and MODULNOVA Lisboa.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution across three premium design showrooms: Servànt, Molteni&C Lisboa and MODULNOVA Lisboa. This is a high-impact role for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who understands how to build strong brands, generate qualified leads and turn marketing activity into measurable business growth.

This role goes beyond social media management. You will be responsible for shaping the marketing direction of three premium brands and supporting their commercial growth through integrated, data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and commercial objectives.
• Strengthen brand positioning and increase brand awareness across digital and offline channels.
• Generate qualified leads and support the sales team through integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop content strategies for websites, newsletters, social media and other digital platforms.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Analyse marketing performance and turn data into clear, actionable business decisions.
• Monitor campaign results, lead quality, conversion performance and marketing investment.
• Plan and manage events, product launches, partnerships and brand activations.
• Work closely with sales, design and management teams to support commercial priorities.
• Build and improve internal marketing processes, reporting systems and workflows.
• Manage multiple projects, agencies, suppliers and external partners while maintaining high execution standards.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and stay informed about relevant industry and consumer trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in strategic marketing.
• Proven experience building brands, generating leads and contributing to measurable business growth.
• Ability to demonstrate real impact through previous campaigns, projects, case studies or measurable achievements.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with marketing data and performance metrics.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage several projects and priorities at the same time.
• Experience establishing marketing processes and improving cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly Valued Professional proficiency in Portuguese.
• Experience in luxury, premium lifestyle, architecture, interior design, furniture or related industries.
• Experience working closely with sales teams.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers or creative partners.
• Understanding of premium customer journeys and high-end brand positioning.
