Decskill is seeking a Business Analyst with strong SQL skills to join the BPCE SI team working on Lease Applications. This role focuses on gathering requirements, performing functional analysis, and bridging between business needs and technical delivery.

You will write SQL queries to extract and analyse data, map current to future processes, and support testing, QA and data validation. French language skills are required to communicate with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on SQL skills: joins, subqueries, filters and aggregations.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and testing.
• French language at least B2, written and spoken.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience working with French-speaking stakeholders.

• Strong hands-on SQL skills: joins, subqueries, filters and aggregations.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and testing.
• French B2 minimum, written and spoken.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience working with French-speaking stakeholders.
