ITDS is hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Data & Functional) to work with a client in financial services, focusing on lease applications systems. The role requires translating complex business needs into technical solutions and ensuring data integrity across platforms.

Hybrid work model with Lisbon or Porto base. Fluent French (B2) for stakeholder communication, strong SQL skills, and experience in UAT and data validation are essential.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data-Driven Consultant.
• Proven ability to write and execute complex SQL queries independently.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing functional specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define detailed functional and data requirements for lease applications.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and use cases for development teams.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data.
• Map current as-is processes and data flows; design to-be models to improve efficiency.
• Lead UAT, perform data validation with SQL, ensure quality of deliverables.
