Natixis in Portugal is seeking a SQL Expert/Developer (French Speaker) to join the BPCE SI team within the IT department. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, is keen on user support, and possesses good interpersonal abilities.

Main responsibilities include coordinating dataset retrieval, performing queries, managing requests, and contributing to service quality improvements while sharing knowledge within the team. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in SQL databases and data querying.
• Experience with JIRA for task tracking and DBeaver for data access.
• Understanding of mainframe query execution plans.
• Ability to read a CDM (Conceptual Data Model).
• Fluent French (minimum B2) and proficient English.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to initiatives to improve service quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, is interested in user support and has a good interpersonal sense.

Main responsibilities/activities:

• To coordinate the retrieval of datasets from internal systems.
• Database Querying: To Perform queries to fulfill requests for datasets.
• Request Management and Processing of requests.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving service quality and efficiency.
• Backlog Management: Participate in the resolution and tracking of pending requests.
• Knowledge Sharing:Document and share research and findings within the team.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency inSQL databases.
