Jobtailor in Lisbon is seeking a proactive analytics professional to autonomously manage and update KPI dashboards for Manufacturing Engineering, evaluate delivery plans, and own subcontracting tracking from PO to goods receipt.

You will liaise with Finance data owners, alert stakeholders to delivery risks, drive lean process improvements using Six Sigma, and coordinate with international remote stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Educational background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Full professional proficiency in business analysis, data management, or financial control.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and mentor colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomously manage and update KPI dashboards for Manufacturing Engineering.
• Evaluate delivery plans and liaison with Finance data and actors.
• Own subcontracting management from PO tracking to goods receipt.
• Anticipate and alert stakeholders to risks related to late deliveries.
• Coordinate and drive PRM milestones with SCMs in core countries.
• Lead maintenance and updates of workforce dashboards across domains.
• Ensure accurate categorization of internal, external, and extended-make resources.
• Identify risks/opportunities and present structured insights to internal customers.
• Support solutions to complex recurring problems.
• Act as an operational interface with remote international stakeholders.
• Drive local initiatives for Airbus Portugal Local Team.
• Centralize business management activities and standardize processes.
• Optimize ways of working using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Autonomously manage and update KPI dashboards for Manufacturing Engineering
• Evaluate intermediate delivery plans and establish liaison with Finance data and actors
• Own subcontracting management from PO tracking to goods receipt
• Anticipate and alert stakeholders to risks related to late deliveries
• Coordinate and drive PRM milestones alongside SCMs in core countries
• Lead maintenance and updates of workforce dashboards across multiple domains and programmes
• Ensure accurate categorization of internal, external, and extended-make resource types
• Identify complex business risks and opportunities and present structured insights to internal customers
• Support solutions to complex recurring problems
• Act as an operational interface with remote international stakeholders
• Drive local initiatives for the Airbus Portugal Local Team
• Contribute to centralizing business management activities and standardizing processes across internal customers
• Optimize ways of working by applying lean management and Six Sigma methodologies

Requirements

• Educational background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or a demonstrated equivalent track record in business analysis, data management, or operational tracking
• Full professional proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable work experience in business analysis, data management, or financial control
• Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
• Proven capability to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
• Advanced mastery of Google Workspace, including scripting/App Script automation
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel
• Fluent English is a must
• French, German, or Spanish is a plus
