Responsibilities

• Выступать мостом между бизнес‑заказчиками и техническими командами, поддерживая поставку изменений и улучшений.
• Собирать, анализировать и документировать сложные бизнес‑и функциональные требования.
• Разрабатывать детальные функциональные спецификации, сценарии и пользовательские истории.
• Идентифицировать и документировать сквозные Post-Trade рабочие процессы: подтверждение, расчеты, движения денежных средств и сверку.
• Сотрудничать с командами разработки и интеграции на фазах дизайна, реализации и тестирования (SIT/UAT).
• Предоставлять функциональную поддержку на протяжении жизненного цикла проекта, обеспечить документацию и трассируемость.

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting the delivery of functional changes and enhancements across Post-Trade Operations.
• Gather, analyse, and document complex business and functional requirements.
• Produce detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Identify and document end-to-end Post-Trade workflows, including trade confirmation, settlement, cash and securities movements, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with development and integration teams throughout solution design, implementation, and testing phases (SIT/UAT).
• Provide functional support and clarifications throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.

Требования:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the banking industry, with a strong understanding of Post-Trade operations. Proven expertise in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and documentation, including functional specifications and user stories. Solid knowledge of Post-Trade workflows such as trade confirmation, settlement, cash/securities movements, and accounting/reconciliation. Experience with Jira, Confluence, SQL, SWIFT messaging standards, ISO 15022, and ISO 20022. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, effectively bridging the gap between business and IT teams. Hands‑on involvement in testing activities (SIT, UAT) and providing functional support throughout the project lifecycle.
