Требования: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, with knowledge of Post-Trade processes Exposure to financial market operations, namely the processing, reconciliation and settlement of transactions. Experience gathering requirements, preparing functional specifications and following up on functional testing and UAT. Exposure to system integrations, SWIFT messages and ISO 15022/ISO 20022 standards, as well as knowledge of SQL. Fluency in English (minimum B2) Creating close and empathetic relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates (and not just with technologies, languages and platforms). Team spirit and a good attitude; Wanting to do more and better. A desire to exceed expectations and develop personally and professionally; Energy to make things happen.
