Responsibilities

• Oversee the health, normal functioning, and compliance of key applications, including DigitalSign, DocuSign, and OneTrust;
• Lead the implementation and convergence of DocuSign as the unified digital signature platform across a global group;
• Manage user access, provide comprehensive training, and develop usage manuals for the managed applications;
• Coordinate effectively with external vendors for licensing agreements, application updates, and new integrations;
• Ensure the proper management of cookie consent for digital channels, including categorization and compliance with legal requirements;
• Act as a proactive point of contact, liaising with various stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure their successful implementation.

Требования:

• Senior professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience Business Analyst or application leadership roles. Demonstrated proactivity, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders;
• Solid experience with Jira, Confluence, SNOW, and MS Office, coupled with familiarity with digital signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, DigitalSign) and cookie consent management tools (e.g., OneTrust);
• Fluency in Portuguese and a basic level of English are mandatory requirements for this role;
• Understanding of cookie application principles and regulatory compliance aspects for digital channels;
