• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or in application support, preferably in a banking or financial context
• Experience in production support
• analysing incidents and customer requests
• SQL for data investigation and validation
• Fluent written and spoken English (communication with client banks)
• Ability to document analyses for developers: expected versus observed behaviour, impact, acceptance criteria
• Availability for on-call duty (rotation to be defined)
• Hybrid working arrangement in Lisbon

• Knowledge of payments (SEPA, instant payments, ISO 20022, SWIFT, Swiss flows);
• Experience with Core Banking (S2i, Temenos, Avaloq or similar);
• Experience in private banking or wealth management;
• Analysis of logs and interface messages (Splunk or equivalent);
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, APIs, Angular, or ability to read COBOL;
• Scripting in Bash or Python;
• Acceptance and regression testing, Selenium;
• Git, Jenkins, XL Deploy / XL Release
