• Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements
• Document detailed functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Provide support during development and testing

Требования

• At least 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of the banking sector, particularly in customer-related areas
• Requirements analysis skills
• Ability to write functional tests
• Work experience in scrum methodology
• Experience in documenting detailed functional requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
