Job summary

Требуется степень в соответствующей области, 2+ лет опты и владение SQL Server, Jira/Confluence, BPMN. Офис в Лиссабоне; работа на месте с возможной гибридной опцией. Знание английского не ниже B2 обязательно.

Qualifications

• Степень в компьютерной инженерии/прикладной математике/Management Informatics или аналогичная.
• Не менее 2 лет опыта BA/Functional Analyst.
• Опыт сбора, анализа и документирования функциональных требований.
• Опыт работы с SQL Server.
• Опыт работы с Jira и Confluence.
• Знание BPMN и проектирования процессов.
• Опыт тестового управления и проведения UAT.
• Высокие аналитические и проблемно-ориентированные навыки.
• Отличные коммуникативные и взаимодействие с заинтересованными сторонами навыки.
• Проживание в Португалии; заявления из-за пределов не рассматриваются.

Responsibilities

• Сбор, анализ и документирование бизнес-функциональных требований.
• Перевод бизнес-необходимостей в функциональные спецификации для команд разработки.
• Сотрудничество с техническими командами для соблюдения требований.
• Подготовка тестовой документации: сценарии, тест-кейсы, тест-скрипты.
• Выполнение функционального тестирования и UAT.
• Мониторинг прогресса проекта и подготовка отчетов.
• Анализ данных бизнеса и поиск возможностей для улучшений.
• Сотрудничество с различными стейкхолдерами на протяжении жизненного цикла проекта.

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance with defined requirements.

• Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports.

Требования:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Management Informatics or similar.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.
• Experience gathering, analyzing and documenting functional requirements.
• At least 2 years of experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of BPMN and process design.
• Experience with test management tools and functional test execution.
• Experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proactive, organized and solutions-oriented profile.
• Knowledge of English (minimum B2).
• Residence in Portugal — applications from outside Portugal will not be considered for this opportunity.
