Fyld ищет опытного бизнес-аналитика, умеющего связывать бизнес-цели с технологическими решениями. Ваша роль — сбор требований, построение пользовательских историй и моделирование процессов совместно с бизнес‑заказчиками.

Требуется опыт в BA, владение BPMN и умение работать с Jira/Confluence. Вакансию сопровождают обучение и сертификации, работа в динамичной среде и возможность участия в трансформационных проектах.

Competenze

• Наличие степени в области бизнеса/информационных технологий или инженерии.
• Опыт работы бизнес-аналитиком и сбора требований.
• Умение переводить бизнес‑потребности в требования и user stories.
• Знание моделирования процессов BPMN или аналогов.
• Опыт фасилитации воркшопов с заинтересованными сторонами.
• Знакомство с Agile (Scrum/Kanban) и Waterfall.
• Опыт работы с Jira и Confluence.
• Сильные аналитические, коммуникационные и управленческие навыки.
• Свободное владение английским языком.
• Будет плюсом: поддержка UAT; знания SQL/BI.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles
• Experience Gathering, Analysing And Documenting Business Requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and process modelling (BPMN or similar)
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with business stakeholdersFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall environments
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
• Будет плюсом: Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is valued; Knowledge of SQL, reporting or Business Intelligence tools is a plus
