GRiT Solutions ищет бизнес-аналитика для роли связующего звена между бизнес-областями, владельцами продуктов и техническими командами. Основной фокус — проекты по данным, сбор требований, определение User Stories и поддержка валидации и UAT.

Кандидат будет работать в тесном сотрудничеcтии с разработчиками, Data Engineers и QA, участвовать в воркшопах, анализе данных, написании критериев приемки и подготовке тестов. Рассматриваем кандидатов с опытом до 3 лет и знанием SQL, Jira и Agile/Scrum.

Qualificações

• Опыт до 3 лет в роли бизнес-аналитика и работе с заинтересованными сторонами.
• Умение собирать требования и превращать их в user stories и acceptance criteria.
• Опыт работы в Agile/Scrum и поддержке UAT.

Responsabilidades

• Сбор требований и проведение воркшопов с бизнес-стейкхолдерами.
• Определение и поддержка User Stories с четкими Acceptance Criteria.

Requirements gathering and workshops, User Story definition and follow-up, functional validation and UAT support, in close collaboration with Developers, Data Engineers and QA.

Требования

Up to 3 years of experience as Business Analyst Requirements elicitation and analysis with business stakeholders Facilitation of meetings and workshops with stakeholders Creation and maintenance of User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria Hands-on work with Jira Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum SQL for data analysis and validation Ability to turn loosely defined business needs into clear, implementable functional requirements Support in test case preparation, UAT and defect follow-up Strong communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills Будет плюсом: Confluence experience; Background in Data & Analytics projects, namely User Stories on data integration, transformation, delivery and consumption; Exposure to Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure and/or Power BI
