Job summary

Finsolutia ищет Product Specialist / Business Analyst с минимум 2 годами опыта для масштабирования нашего SaaS-платформы для ипотечных брокеров и кредитных посредников. Вы будете работать в продуктоориентированной среде и формировать решения, которые применяются финансовыми специалистами ежедневно.

Кандидат должен уметь превращать бизнес- и клиентские требования в функциональные спецификации, работать в кросс-функциональных командах и поддерживать документацию по релизам.

Qualifications

• Не менее 2 лет опыта в роли бизнес-аналитика/аналитика продукта в цифровом продукте.
• Опыт документирования требований (user stories, workflows, release notes) и функциональной документации.
• Способность переводить бизнес-потребности в понятные требования и истории пользования.
• Умение выявлять зависимости, крайние случаи и влияние на интеграции, разрешения и данные.
• Удобство работы с техническими командами и знание API и концепций SaaS.
• Хорошие коммуникативные, организационные и приоритетные навыки.

Responsibilities

• Перевод бизнес- и регуляторных требований в четкие требования к продукту и user stories.
• Определение рабочих процессов, сценариев использования, критериев acceptance и спецификаций.
• Анализ процессов, поведения пользователей и производительности продукта для выявления улучшений.
• Идентификация рисков, зависимостей и крайних случаев по существующим функциям и данным.
• Сбор и структурирование обратной связи от клиентов.
• Участие в непрерывном развитии продукта и выпуске релизов.

At Finsolutia, we are expanding our SaaS platform for mortgage brokers and credit intermediaries, and we’re looking for a Product Specialist / Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to help scale and evolve our product. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing product-driven environment where you’ll play a key role in shaping solutions used daily by financial professionals.

• Define workflows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Analyse business processes, user behaviours, and product performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, edge cases and potential impacts across existing features, integrations, permissions and data.
• Collect, analyse, and structure customer feedback.
• Translate relevant needs and recurring pain points into functional requirements.
• Contribute to continuous product enhancement and optimisation.
• Maintain accurate product documentation, functional specifications, and release notes.
• Keep relevant product decisions and behaviors documented and up to date.
• Support internal teams through product demos, feature walkthroughs, and release communications.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Revenue teams during backlog refinement and sprint cycles.
• Clarify requirements, support issue resolution, and ensure shared understanding across the delivery lifecycle.
• Help ensure consistency between requirements, design, implementation and expected product behavior.

Требования

Portuguese at native level Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Specialist, or similar role within a digital product environment. Experience with product requirements (user stories, workflows, functional documentation, release notes) and functional specifications. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements. Ability to identify dependencies, edge cases and impacts across existing features, integrations, permissions and data. Comfort working with technical teams and understanding APIs and SaaS concepts understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). Strong ability to translate business and customer needs into actionable product solutions Excellent communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills. Attention to detail and the ability to challenge requirements, identify gaps and reduce ambiguity. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
