Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Анализ бизнес-потребностей и перевод их в функциональные требования;
• Предложение технических решений совместно с IT-командами;
• Подготовка функциональных спецификаций и тестирование;
• Участие в разработке и поддержке платформ, решение функциональных и технических вопросов;
• Работа с Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Data Management и ESG;
• Координация проектов от дизайна решения до внедрения;
• Выполнение запросов к базам данных, трансформации данных и автоматизация;
• Выступление связующим звеном между бизнесом, техническими командами и внешними подрядчиками;
• Мониторинг зависимостей и коммуникации со стейкхолдерами;
• Развитие и поддержание знаний о платформах.

HN Services is looking for a Business Analyst – Capital Markets to join an international project in the Asset Management sector. We are looking for a professional who combines strong functional knowledge of Capital Markets with a technical, hands-on component, as the role will play a significant part in both the development and support of a Capital Market Strategies platform.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements;
• Propose technical solutions in collaboration with IT teams;
• Prepare functional specifications and follow the testing phases;
• Participate in the development and Application Support of the platforms, including analysis and troubleshooting of functional and technical issues;
• Work closely with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Data Management and ESG;
• Coordinate initiatives from solution design through implementation, monitoring scope, quality, budget and timelines;
• Perform database querying, data transformation and automation;
• Act as a bridge between Business, technical teams and external vendors;
• Monitor dependencies, progress and communication with stakeholders;
• Contribute to maintaining and developing the functional and technical knowledge required to support the platforms.

• Professional experience in Business Analysis and/or Application Support in the financial sector;
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, with a particular focus on Fixed Income;
• Proven experience in the Asset Management sector;
• Ability to combine a business perspective with technical analysis and application support;
• Good understanding of the application lifecycle, from requirements gathering through delivery and support;
• Experience with database querying/SQL, data transformation and automation;
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve problems;
• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and technical teams;
• Autonomy, analytical skills and a hands-on approach;
• Fluent English is mandatory;
