Qualifications

• Свободный английский и хорошие коммуникативные навыки.
• Гражданство CPLP или разрешение на работу ЕС.
• Будет плюсом: опыт в цифровых банковских проектах.
• Опыт работы с функциональными спецификациями и user stories.
• Знакомство с Agile и совместной средой.
• Проактивный настрой к технологиям и цифровым решениям.
• BSc или MSc в IT/CS/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within digital banking or financial services
• Strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Fluent English and good communication skills
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment
