Job summary

InnoTech in Lisboa is seeking a skilled .NET developer to join our team. You will design, implement, and deploy reliable software within a modern distributed system, collaborating with engineers, testers, product managers, and UX designers to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of C#/.NET experience, hands-on microservices and event-driven systems knowledge, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with microservice architectures and event-driven messaging (Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ).
• Experience with NoSQL technologies, Elasticsearch preferred; MongoDB/Redis/DynamoDB valued.
• Experience in Agile environments and ability to independently tackle complex technical challenges.
• CPLP nationality or EU work permit required.
• Excellent communication and fluency in English.

• Develop and deliver reliable, maintainable software solutions using .NET and C#, contributing to modern distributed systems.
• Take ownership of development across the full lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance.

• Develop and deliver reliable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions using .NET and C#, contributing to modern distributed systems and integrations;
• Take ownership of development activities across the full lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement;
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Testers, Product Managers, and UX Designers to deliver high-quality features aligned with business needs and product goals;
• Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, implement robust fixes, and contribute to automated testing, system stability, and security improvements;
• Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing, and the onboarding of new team members.

• 4 years of professional experience with C# and .NET, with a strong understanding of software development best practices;
• Practical knowledge of microservice architectures and experience with event-driven systems and messaging technologies such as Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ;
• Experience with NoSQL technologies, ideally Elasticsearch, with exposure to alternatives such as MongoDB, Redis, or DynamoDB considered valuable;
• Experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to independently tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
