Qualificações

About the Project

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international banking project within a leading French financial institution.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, contributing to the delivery of strategic initiatives and ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Support business teams in defining functional needs and translating them into clear specifications.
• Produce and maintain functional documentation, including business and functional specifications.
• Participate in solution design discussions with technical and functional teams.
• Contribute to testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and validation of delivered functionalities.
• Provide support to business users and back-office teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of functional incidents and user-reported issues.
• Monitor requirements implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BusinessAnalyst.
• Previous experience within the Banking sector.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Proven ability to write functional specifications and business documentation.
• Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation processes.
• Knowledge of banking operations, products, and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Proactive mindset with strong attentionto detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with French banking institutions.
• Knowledge of retail banking, investment banking, payments, lending, or regulatory processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• French language skills are considered a strong plus.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
