What will be your role

As a Business Analyst, you will join a dynamic ICT team working on impactful solutions that improve the lives of millions of users, contributing to the development of a more efficient and user-centered digital ecosystem.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear user stories and sub-stories
• Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and development team
• Acting as the bridge between business and IT, building strong relationships with stakeholders, developers, and testers
• Performing functional testing to ensure high-quality deliveries
• Ensuring that solutions align with ICT strategy and architecture
• Supporting Agile processes and contributing to continuous improvement

What should you bring to the team

• Degree in a relevant field, with affinity for ICT
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to translate business needs into structured and actionable requirements
• Comfortable working closely with development teams (without being a developer)
• Autonomous, flexible, and a strong team player
• Fluency in French, with good English skills
