• Ability to bridge business and technical teams across complex environments.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the analysis and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives within the eMobility domain.

You will be responsible for understanding business challenges, evaluating existing solutions, defining requirements, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer outcomes, and technical delivery.

Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Teams, Operations, and Business Stakeholders, you will contribute to the evolution of a large-scale platform supporting electric vehicle charging services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering

• Lead analysis activities for complex eMobility and CPMS initiatives
• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and outcome-oriented requirements
• Challenge assumptions, problem statements, and proposed solutions to ensure they are feasible and aligned with business goals
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement refinement activities
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business requirements documentation
• Ensure requirements traceability, consistency, completeness, and validation throughout the delivery lifecycle

Solution & Platform Analysis

• Analyze existing CPMS solutions, business processes, data flows, interfaces, and integrations
• Identify gaps, dependencies, conflicts, and opportunities for optimization or reuse
• Assess operational impacts, business rules, and integration requirements
• Support rollout planning and readiness activities

Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners, Agile Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Teams, and Operations
• Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner during product and solution discussions
• Facilitate decision-making by making trade-offs, dependencies, risks, and impacts transparent
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and requirements engineering standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Analyst, or similar role
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management
• Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions
• Strong skills in process mapping, customer journeys, and business analysis techniques
• Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Experience with requirements traceability, validation, and rollout preparation
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
• Experience analyzing data flows, interfaces, integrations, and dependencies across complex environments
