Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

• Knowledge of functional analysis techniques, including interviewing, identifying actors, methods, UML, interfaces, and systems.
• Knowledge of process design (BPMN) and data modeling at the logical and conceptual levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Power Designer.
