Job summary

Wire IT, based in Portugal, seeks a Business Analyst for a hybrid Lisbon-based role. You will gather and translate business requirements, create user stories with acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment across stakeholders and development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in Business Analysis, preferably in digital transformation and software development projects.
• Experience gathering, analysing, clarifying, and finalising business requirements with stakeholders.
• Ability to challenge and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs, processes, and development teams.
• Proven experience translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories, including acceptance criteria, scenarios, and dependencies.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and aligning different business perspectives.
• Experience following up on solution implementation, testing, and validation.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with AI-related initiatives or solutions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High degree of autonomy, proactivity, and responsibility.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability.
