So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

With a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any business-related field and a minimum 5years of marketing experience with proven track record in the FMCG industry, you are now with a deep passion for building brands and you have a holistic marketing skill set with strong consumer orientation and the ability to translate ideas and passion into execution and financial results .

We are looking for a Brand CEO with thesebehaviors:

This role also requires a performance-driven professional who combines strong commercial and financial acumen with excellent analytical skills, and who thrives as a collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate brings proven project management experience, along with exceptional planning and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate, determined, and hands-on, demonstrating resilience, initiative, and strong commercial thinking while embracing agile ways of working. As Brand Manager, you are motivated to challenge the status quo and actively seek opportunities for growth, with a deep passion for food and cooking and a natural curiosity driven by insight and consumer behaviour. Given our global environment, near-native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
