Beko Europe seeks a Brand & Digital Senior Specialist to support development and execution of brand and digital marketing initiatives across consumer touchpoints.

The role blends brand management with digital marketing, ensuring consistent positioning while driving campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, in collaboration with internal teams and agencies to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, home appliances, retail, e-commerce, or other consumer-oriented industries is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience coordinating digital campaigns and working with creative and media agencies.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
• Experience with web analytics and campaign performance tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Brand management: support annual brand strategy and marketing plan development and execution.
• Digital marketing: plan, execute and optimize campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Campaign & content management: coordinate end-to-end campaigns and asset localization with internal and external teams.
• Performance & analytics: monitor KPIs, prepare reports and translate data into insights.
• Agency & stakeholder management: manage relationships with agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Collaboration: work with Sales, Product, Trade Marketing, PR and regional teams to align activities.
