Job summary

Beko Europe is seeking a Brand & Digital Senior Specialist to lead brand and digital marketing initiatives for Caparica, Portugal. You will blend brand management with digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring consistent brand positioning and effective activations.

You will work with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize across the consumer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, home appliances, retail, e-commerce, or other consumer-oriented industries is an advantage.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating digital campaigns and working with creative and media agencies.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
• Experience with web analytics and campaign performance tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of annual brand strategy and marketing plan.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, tone of voice, messaging, and visual guidelines across channels.
• Coordinate development and adaptation of brand campaigns, materials, and assets.
• Support product launches and commercial initiatives through integrated brand activation plans.
• Monitor market dynamics, consumer trends, and brand performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Trade Marketing, PR, and other functions for consistent execution.
