Beko Europe in Lisbon is seeking a Brand & Digital Senior Specialist to develop and execute brand and digital marketing initiatives that strengthen awareness, consideration, and engagement across consumer touchpoints.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand positioning, lead integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, and analyze performance to drive growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years in Brand Management or Digital Marketing.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, or retail is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and implementation of the annual brand strategy and marketing plan.
• Ensure consistent application of brand identity, tone of voice, messaging, and visual guidelines across channels.
• Coordinate development and adaptation of brand campaigns, assets and materials.
• Support product launches and commercial initiatives through integrated brand activation plans.
• Monitor market dynamics, consumer trends, and brand performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Trade Marketing, PR, and other functions for consistent execution.
